I have my two 10 year old neices with me for the holidays and we are currently in the Bay of Islands staying with my dad.
On Wednesday after picking up the girls we went to my up-line (and sister-in-law)'s christmas combo workshop. The girls loved making the box and cards and have both brought them up north to show their Grandad.
We are a bit of a creative family as at this workshop we had 4 generations, my grandmother, aunt, cousins and neices.
Thanks for the great time Faaiza.

More Fifth Avenue Floral
I created this card using a mask and blender pen to colour the flowers.
I stamped the flowers in Black Stazon Ink and coloured using Real Red, Daffodil Delight and Old Olive Classic inks.
A little sprinkle of Dazzling Diamonds on the stamens and mounted on Old Olive Card to complete the look.
To create a mask, stamp your image on paper (or post it note) cut out and if using paper apply 2-Way Glue Pen on the back and allow to dry - this gives a non-permanent stick.

Simple but effective
This card is a deceptively simple one.
I white embossed the Fifth Avenue Floral Stamp on watercolour paper and used Rose Red reinker to colour the rose.
The card is put together using Real Red and Whisper White card stock and the Real Red Designer Series Paper (DSP) Patterns Stack.

Hello
This is my first time as a blogger. I am looking forward to sharing ideas and techniques with others. I have always been a crafter and have dabbled in quilling, patchwork, cross stitch and teddy bear / doll making. But what has always stuck has been scrapbooking and stamping.
After a very difficult time in the last couple of years I have made the decision to ensure I set aside and commit to 'me' time. Time just to relax and create either alone or with friends.
So far so good and what I have discovered is that because of that set time I am creating at other times too. It is very hard to stop :)
